acai-pure.com... what a scam and nightmare, ordered a free trial offer for only $4.95, and was billed $45.00 on my credit card. I called up the company, it took me 30+ mins to get someone live to talk to, I tried canceling the order since it was not yet shipped and get my money refunded, I could not get anyone to do any thing about it. The only solution was to cancel my credit card.
After I was done ordering the free trial offer, I clicked on two other products, just being curious to see what they were, and that too was applied to my credit card, which i never ordered.
With their product being endorsed and rated #1 superfood on Oprah, I thought that would be a validity for trying it, and not scamming consumers out of their hard earned money. I don't think Oprah knows that they are scamming consumers, I'll give her a heads up.

Same story as everyone here... I returned the free trial order along with the 2 additional items NEVER ordered within 2 weeks - included the RMA and everyting - still have my debit charged 3 times now. Had to cancel the card! Would LOVE to get involved in law suit!

What a con job! I clicked on a trial sample for $5.95 and was charged $41.85 for gum and water. These people are rip off artists! You click on anything and it's ordered and your card is charged. I'm so mad! We should do a class action law suit and put the low life's out of business!!!

Everything is politically correct in the fine print and if you can get through our 'perfectly legal' attempts at ripping off my fellow Americans and neighbors then you will be just fine.
We are such a wonderful company...yeaaaa!

Every thing is very clear in terms $ conditions. Additional items are just suggested and just have to be unchecked.
